I have granted Hong Kong Christian Council to use my paper-cut "Five Loaves & Two Fishes" as a symbol for their charity project <THE MOVEMENT OF Five Loaves & Two Fishes> since 15 years ago, I really appreciate and support what HKCC have done to use it, particularly to help Chinese education undertakings for the poor in the west mountain area.
vvvI would make a clear statement here: this image "Five Loaves & Two Fishes" I have granted to HKCC to do an official application for a mark registration to Trade Mark Office of State Administration for Industry and Commerce of the People's Republic of China
and it has been adopted. Therefore this image's mark should only belong to HKCC, any other organization could not use this image for same way.
vvvI have fond there are some articles when they introduced this paper-cut, they mentioned that this image is "originated from a woodcut by Mr.Zhang Wan Long", I would make a clear statement here: this image I designed in the Dec.1983, and it was published as a magazine cover of Nanjing Theological Review in 1984. Mr.Zhang later on did a woodcut following this image after I met him to encourage him to use his talent to develop Chinese Christian woodcuts in 1985.
Any person or any organization could not publish and reproduce this paper-cut for sale without my permission.
